If you asked Isaac about the “why” behind his work, here’s what he’d tell you: “I love what I do. I enjoy the process and challenge of creating the ideal home for my buyers. I’m always trying to understand what families are looking for in a home–it’s just so personal. I strive to maximize light, design, and function in every way: What features will empower a family to thrive? We’re not just building a structure, we’re creating the space for a life well-lived.” As the Founder of Azure Northwest Homes and the Managing Principal of our team, Isaac oversees homebuilding operations for each of our neighborhoods.

On top of day-to-day operations, Isaac is likely to be developing the strategy for our next neighborhood, spearheading expansion into key markets and nurturing the growth of our company. The Pacific Northwest is where Isaac loves to spend his time, whether it’s a scenic hike through Mt. Rainier National Park or kayaking at the lake. When he’s not building homes, Isaac enjoys building other things: monstrous leaf piles, epic sandcastles, and snow fortresses with his three sons. Isaac, his wife, and their sons are often found on treasure hunts at the beach or hiking the local trails in search of Bigfoot.

Tom oversees and manages all aspects of land acquisition and development for Azure Northwest Homes. As a proven leader with a strategic vision, he helps Azure Northwest establish a solid foundation for the future. He finds it most fulfilling to watch his staff grow professionally as they take on new challenges while remaining true to Azure Northwest’s reputation as a company of integrity.

Away from the office, chances are you’ll find Tom on a coastal retreat or a hike in the mountains with his wife.

The ability to simplify complex business processes is one of Jim’s greatest assets. As the CFO of Azure Northwest, Jim’s career spans over three decades in accounting and finance. While Jim won’t admit to the exact number of years he’s been in the business, his expertise is clear in every aspect of his work. In his professional career, Jim has transformed the financial reporting and forecasting processes of many sought-after companies, including Azure NW.

Together with leadership, Jim works to increase the value of our company through sound, impactful business decisions. Jim obtained his CPA certification early in his career after studying business in college, and he collaborates closely with the Accounting department as a result. Outside the office, Jim has served as President of two separate homeowners associations, Treasurer of his son’s little league baseball club, and Treasurer of his church.

Ryan comes to Azure Northwest with over fifteen years of expertise in new construction. He believes wholeheartedly in the power of home. At every opportunity, Ryan strives to make the home buying process easy, simple, and above all, fun. When working with new homeowners, his favorite part of the job is handing over the keys!

When he’s not working with our clients, Ryan spends his free time coaching his boys’ football, soccer, baseball, or basketball teams. It’s as busy as it sounds! To relax and take a breather, Ryan likes to take the family boat out on the lake.

Toni brings nearly three decades of experience in the construction industry to Azure Northwest. She started out as a flagger and rose through the ranks as a result of her tenure in the University of Washington’s Construction Management Program. Today, Toni performs due diligence on potential properties and determines if they are feasible for Azure Northwest to pursue. Additionally, she handles the permitting, construction, and platting process during site development. Finally, Toni coordinates closings on properties under contract, tracks current property sales agreements, and prepares bank funding presentations.

Toni’s role is vast, and we appreciate her standards of quality and excellence. She is a lifelong learner who is dedicated to mastering her role. Over the years, Toni has developed a collection of restored furniture and heart-shaped rocks.

Don oversees the building of new homes in his role as Director of Construction. As he works closely with architects, engineers, and contractors throughout the construction process, Don prioritizes collaboration and teamwork. With responsibilities for projects in Gig Harbor, Bonney Lake, Kent, and beyond, Don’s role takes him all over the greater Seattle area.

Around the office, Don is known for his problem-solving skills (and his incredible hair). Be on the lookout for Don on his motorcycle next time you’re on I5.

In Toni’s words, every day is a new adventure at Azure Northwest: “I’m always learning and broadening my skills.” As Land Development Assistant, Toni supports feasibility studies, due diligence processes, contract administration, finance requests, Purchase and Sale Agreements, and more. Prior to joining the team at Azure Northwest, Toni contributed to the development of the Snoqualmie Casino’s thirty-six-acre site in North Bend, Washington.

Family is everything to Toni–she spent over a decade volunteering for his son’s various wrestling teams. When she’s not attending a match, you can find Toni strolling along the Oregon Coast with her dogs.

Christian is the Warranty Manager of the Azure Northwest team. Christian oversees the construction process along with our superintendents and trade partners, ensuring all homes are up to the highest standards of excellence before closing. As part of the building process, Christian works with customers to customize their new homes, relay warranty information, and address any concerns that arise.

She enjoys scrapbooking, camping with the family, and hiking trails around the state when she isn’t meeting with clients.

As Superintendant, Josh coordinates all the moving pieces on the construction site, from the first foundation pour to the home’s final coat of paint.  With precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence, Josh works to ensure every home is move-in ready for every Azure Northwest client.

Outside of the office, Josh likes to draw, hike, play football, and watch movies.

Throughout our neighborhoods, Molly oversees projects and work sites with a keen eye for detail, craftsmanship, and quality. During her thirty years in the field, Molly began as a laborer before working her way up the ladder to Superintendent. Molly strives to deliver exceptional results, and she’s always willing to go the extra mile in order to make that happen.

Outside of her career, Molly loves horses, her grandchildren, and spending quality time with her husband of forty years.

As the Senior HR Business Partner at Azure Northwest, Kristal supports our staff and empowers their engagement, and celebrates their success at every opportunity. With the help of technology, Kristal strives to build savvy Human Resources systems to keep our staff informed and passionate about their careers. She is a proven leader with nearly a decade of Human Resources experience on her resume, as well as a degree from the University of Washington. She is credentialed by the Society for Human Resource Management.

Born and raised in Minnesota, Kristal enjoys the great outdoors of the Pacific Northwest. She loves camping, running, and off-roading.

Quorry is quickly growing his expertise and honing his craft as a Construction Detailer at Azure Northwest. Hard work is one of Quorry’s highest values, and it’s demonstrated in everything he does.

He gets his hands dirty at work, but that doesn’t stop him from playing guitar, making art, and skateboarding on the weekends.

Jacki is a veteran of the finance industry with an emphasis on real estate. Her resume boasts over a decade in commercial loan processing, credit underwriting, foreclosure analysis, and more. No one crunches numbers quite like Jacki–just ask her flawless financial statements. Before she joined Azure Northwest in 2019, Jacki never realized how much she loves to see a community grow and thrive.

When she’s not buried in spreadsheets, you’ll find Jacki hopping on an airplane to visit loved ones in Arizona.

Michael’s experience in managing budgets for custom homes gives him a unique perspective to support our Accounting department. He enjoys working with numbers to solve complex problems every day. When it comes to crunching the numbers and diving into the data, Michael is fearless.

He loves to play board games and dominate trivia night during a night out in Tacoma with friends.

Jessica is a talented support to the Azure Northwest accounting team. She loves to utilize her strong organizational skills, and accounting allows her to fulfill her affinity for repetitive processes.

When Jessica isn’t at the office, she can be found gardening, reading a book, or just spending time with her family and pets.

In his role as Construction Superintendent, Mike is responsible for overseeing every aspect of the construction process, from laying the foundation to completing the final paint job. With more than 26 years of experience in construction,  Mike ensures every Azure Northwest home is fully prepared for move-in day. He is known for his attention to detail, precision, and commitment to excellence.

In his leisure time, Mike enjoys activities such as kayaking, camping, and working out.
