As the Senior HR Business Partner at Azure Northwest, Kristal supports our staff and empowers their engagement, and celebrates their success at every opportunity. With the help of technology, Kristal strives to build savvy Human Resources systems to keep our staff informed and passionate about their careers. She is a proven leader with nearly a decade of Human Resources experience on her resume, as well as a degree from the University of Washington. She is credentialed by the Society for Human Resource Management. Born and raised in Minnesota, Kristal enjoys the great outdoors of the Pacific Northwest. She loves camping, running, and off-roading.
